Please fill out the information below with the correct information, if the information is incorrect we will have to apply a $40.00 charge to resend a WIRE:

Full Name/ Business Name

Personal or Business Address (no PO Box #)

Banks Name

Banks Address

Sort code ( only for UK beneficiaries)

IBAN number

Swift Code

Please send any other information that your bank may require for a WIRE transfer.

However, if you have an account with Solid Trust Pay (or would like to set one up), and would like to have your commissions directly deposited to your STP account, please respond to this email with your STP username.
